For fluotitanic acid through silylation modification, an introduced inorganic component Ti4<+> forms TiO2 particles in a heating and curing process and the TiO2 particles are uniformly filled in gaps of a silane film, so that the whole film layer is more uniform and compact. The micro-electrochemical reaction on the surface of the film layer can be effectively inhibited, so that the corrosion resistance is greatly improved.
