本发明涉及蔬菜加工领域，公开了一种黄瓜压榨设备，包括：若干组压辊、承压辊、铁板和支撑履带，所述承压辊之间安装有所述铁板过渡，所述支撑履带环绕于下主动链轮和下从动链轮上，并平铺于所述铁板之上。通过第二桶体的离心旋转，实现了垃圾水分的分离，防止垃圾发生变质污染环境。通过压辊1和承压辊2来压榨焯水后的黄瓜，实现既能压汁又不压碎黄瓜的技术要求。

The present invention relates to the field of vegetable processing, and discloses a cucumber squeezing apparatus. The apparatus comprises a plurality of pressure roller groups, pressure rollers, iron sheets and a support crawler belt. The iron sheets are installed between the pressure rollers for transition; the support crawler belt surrounds on a lower drive sprocket and a lower driven sprocket, and spreads on top of the iron sheets. Centrifugation rotation of a second barrel achieves the separation of garbage water, prevents environment pollution caused by deterioration of garbage. Pressure rollers 1 and 2 squeeze the blanched cucumber, so as to achieve the technical requirements of squeezing juice without crushing the cucumber.
