The invention relates to a clip-on elbow for a cable outlet of a plug connector, wherein the clip-on elbow (1) has a first end (2) that can be brought into physical contact with a cable outlet (4) of the plug connector (5) and wherein the clip-on elbow (1) has a second end (3) that can be brought into physical contact with the cable outlet (4) or a cable sheath of the cable (9) attached to the plug connector (5). The first end (2) is connected to the second end (3) via two webs (10), such that the cable outlet (4) and/or the attached cable (9) are/is only partially covered by the webs (10) of the clip-on elbow (1). The clip-on elbow can thus be especially compactly built, yet bending angles of the cable of about 90 DEG can be achieved.
