The present invention discloses a method for directly enriching sterol from corn crude oil, and belongs to the technical field of vegetable oil product processing. With the method of the present invention, the technical problems of low yield, low purity, complex operation, environmental pollution and the like of the plant sterol extraction method in the prior art are solved. The method comprises: adding corn crude oil to a primary extraction kettle, extracting for 0.5-3 h at a temperature of 35-70 DEG C under CO2 pressure of 10-25 MPa to obtain corn oil and secondary extraction oil, adding a solvent and the secondary extraction oil to a secondary extraction kettle according to a volume ratio of (0.5-4):1, extracting for 0.5-3 h at a temperature of 35-70 DEG C under CO2 pressure of 15-35 MPa, and rapidly releasing in an expansion separator with a temperature of 4-35 DEG C to obtain sterol. According to the present invention, the method can be directly used for extracting the sterol and has characteristics of simple treatment process, mild conditions and environmental pollution reducing, the yield and the purity of the obtained product are high, and the sterol purity is more than or equal to 95%.
