本发明涉及一种含硫硅烷共聚物及其制备方法，属有机化学技术领域。本发明是将3-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷与蒸馏水、无水乙醇混合，滴加到含有催化剂的双-[3-(三乙氧基硅)-丙基]-二硫化物中搅拌反应，滴料完毕后继续反应得到反应物，接着蒸馏出其中的乙醇、过滤便得到含硫硅烷共聚合物产品。该产品具有在轮胎橡胶混炼中交联效果好，混料段数少的优点；同时具有制备方法简单、安全环保的特点。

The invention relates to a sulfur-containing silane copolymer and a preparation method thereof and belongs to the technical field of organic chemistry. 3-mercaptopropyltriethoxysilane is mixed with distilled water and absolute ethyl alcohol and is added dropwise to bis(triethoxysilylpropyl) disulfide to undergo reaction with stirring, the reactions continues after the dropping is finished to obtain reactants, and then the sulfur-containing silane copolymer product is obtained by distilling off ethyl alcohol and performing filtration. The product has the advantages of being good in crosslinking effect in tire rubber mixing, small in number of mixing sections, simple in preparation method, safe and environmentally friendly.
