一种单相变压器的制造技术，包括一次绕组、二次绕组及铁心。其特征是：铁芯由磁介质的长丝以螺线管的形式缠绕而成，因此铁芯的制作可完全用机械高速优质制成，且磁路短，磁阻小，漏磁小，磁感应强度高，减轻了变压器的体积质量。

The invention discloses a manufacturing technology for a single-phase transformer. The single-phase transformer comprises a primary winding, a secondary winding and an iron core. The single-phase transformer is characterized in that an iron core is made by means of winding magnetic medium filaments in a solenoid form, so that the iron core can be made in a completely-mechanical high-speed way at high quality. Moreover, a magnetic circuit is short; the magnetic resistance is small; the leakage flux is small; the magnetic induction intensity is high; and the volume and mass of the transformer are reduced.
