The invention relates to a CuNiSi lead wire frame special-shaped strip heat treatment process, which comprises surface treatment before hot rolling, annealing, hot rolling, quenching, cooling, solution treatment, and aging. According to the present invention, with the control on the hot rolling temperature, the oversize grain is not easily generated, the intercrystal low-melting point phase melting can be prevented, and the cracking of the lead wire frame special-shaped strip during the hot rolling process can be prevented; and the lead wire frame special-shaped strip prepared through the process has characteristics of good rigidness, breaking resistance, good heat dissipating, quick information delivery, transmission efficiency improving, and integrated circuit quality improving.
