The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a front axle beam of an electric automobile and relates to the technical field of manufacturing of automobiles. The front axle beam of the electric automobile comprises a front beam which is composed of two beam plates and two side plates welded between the two beam plates. Pin shaft sleeves are welded to the two ends of the front beam respectively. Two base plates are welded to the sinking portion of the middle section of the front beam. The method for welding the front axle beam of the electric automobile comprises the following steps that A, the two beam plates and the two side plates are welded into the hollow cuboid-shaped front beam; B, arc-shaped notches matched with the pin shaft sleeves are formed in the two ends of the welded front beam; C, the two pin shaft sleeves are welded to the arc-shaped notches in the two ends of the front beam respectively; and D, welding of the front axle beam of the electric automobile is completed by welding the two base plates to the sinking portion of the middle section of the front beam. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantage that the problems that an existing front axle beam is high in manufacturing cost, cumbersome and heavy are solved.
