The invention relates to a numerical control automobile hub measuring and machining integrated machine and an application method thereof. The numerical control automobile hub measuring and machining integrated machine comprises a machining tool body, a main shaft system, a feeding system and a numerical control system. The main shaft system and the feeding system are arranged on the machining tool body. The numerical control system is electrically connected with the main shaft system and the feeding system. The main shaft system is fixedly connected with a hub clamp used for clamping a hub. A tool rest used for installing a working part is arranged on the feeding system. A linear displacement sensor used for measuring the curve of the hub or a tool used for machining the hub serves as the working part. The coordinates of a series of points on the section of the hub can be measured by driving the linear displacement sensor to get close to the surface of the measured hub through the feeding system and through the combination with the reading of the linear displacement sensor and the coordinate values of the feeding system; the motion trajectory of the tool is calculated through the numerical control system after the coordinates of the sections of the hub are measured; the numerical control system then controls the feeding system to drive the tool to move along the section of the hub in a curvilinear manner to cut off the surface, with defects, of the hub; and the aim of repairing the shape of the surface of the hub is achieved.
