The invention relates to a method for preparing a pharmaceutical composition for treating reflux esophagitis. The method is characterized in that the pharmaceutical composition consists of the following medicines in parts by weight: 1 part of ebony powder, 1 part of lansoprazole, 1 part of VC and 1 part of VB1. The self-made traditional Chinese medicine ebony powder consists of 8 parts of ebony, 10 parts of lignum dalbergiae odoriferae, 6 parts of muskroot-like semiaquilegia roots and 9 parts of curcuma aromatic. The method comprises a step of uniformly mixing the extract with 1 part of lansoprazole, 1 part of VC and 1 part of VB1. The purposes of the method are achieved in the mode that according to Chinese and western medical theories, the self-made traditional Chinese medicine ebony powder is added with a proton pump inhibitor, vitamin C (VC) and vitamin B1 (VB1) and aims to prevent damage of ant-reflux barriers, prompting acid cleaning function of gullets, improving the function of the ant-reflux barriers of gullet mucous membranes, and controlling gastric emptying abnormity and esophagus reflux caused by stomach gastroduodenal malfunction.
