Provided is a load-driving slope control device which reduces EMI noise, enables power loss at turning on/off of a driver transistor and generation of heat to be reduced, and prevents the driver transistor from excessive temperature-related damage in the event of an excessively high temperature. This load drive control device is characterized by being equipped with a driver transistor for driving a load, a predriver for performing driving via an on/off control terminal of the driver transistor, a capacitor which is connected to the input side of the predriver, a first current source which is controlled to turn on/off by a first signal and is used to generate a current for charging the capacitor, and a second current source which is controlled to turn on/off by a second signal and is used to generate a current for discharging the capacitor, and is characterized in that an output voltage of the predriver is changed by charging or discharging the capacitor, the driver transistor is turned on/off by the output voltage of the predriver, and the driver transistor is turned on and off in order for the waveform of the voltage for driving the load to have linear rising and falling slopes.
