The invention provides an IEC 61968 standard-based data online monitoring method and an IEC61968 standard-based data online monitoring system. The method comprises the steps as follows: using information technology and network communication technology, obtaining a data package transmitted in the network via an information capturing tool, filtering the data content by using a manner of combining a message noun based on the message noun in the IEC 61968 international standard, and simultaneously recording a transmitted data source address and a data target address. The system is provided with a connecting module, a monitoring module, a data collecting module, an analyzing and filtering module, an information extracting module and a storage module. The on-line monitoring method and the on-line monitoring system presented by the invention realizes the tracking and monitoring of information interoperation of a power distribution network under a real-time operation state so that the information which has relative high real-time requirement could be delivered in time by the bus. The method and the system of the invention improve the stability of information interoperation of the power distribution network, and are used as an important regulatory means of information transmission in the power distribution network. The method and the system accelerate the integral business continuity of the power distribution network, and the development of smart power grids.
