The invention provides a compound enzyme for extracting low-grade flue-cured tobacco essential oil, flue-cured tobacco essential oil prepared with the same and the application of the flue-cured tobacco essential oil. The compound enzyme is composed of, by weight, 20-30 parts of diastatic enzyme, 350-450 parts of composite plant hydrolase, and 150-200 parts of proteolytic enzyme. According to the compound enzyme preparation, through the combination of diastatic enzyme, composite plant hydrolase and proteolytic enzyme, aroma substances in low-grade flue-cured tobacco can be effectively extracted, and tobacco extracts can be obtained; by optimizing the concentration and ratio of the three kinds of enzymes, the inherent quality of the tobacco extracts is effectively improved; by adding the tobacco extracts to cigarette paper, the aroma and taste of cigarettes can be improved remarkably.
