The invention provides bialcoxyl amidoalkyl cationic peptide lipid. Chemical formula of the ialcoxyl amidoalkyl positive ion peptide lipid is as shown in the specification. When the bialcoxyl amidoalkyl cationic peptide lipid is dispersed in water, cationic peptide lipidosome which is good in stability and evenly distributed can be obtained, wherein the average grain diameter of the cationic peptide lipidosome is about 120 nm, and the Zeta level ranges from 30 mV to 50 mV. The cationic peptide lipidosome can effectively compress plasmid DNA and siRNA, in-vitro efficient transfection and in-vivo efficient transfection can both be achieved, and the cationic peptide lipidosome is hardly poisonous for cells and rats. The bialcoxyl amidoalkyl cationic peptide lipid can be used as a genetic vector to be widely applied to gene delivery.
