The invention provides a measuring device for the contactless determination of an angle of rotation. The measuring device comprises a first component with a magnet. Furthermore, the measuring device has a second component having a magnetically sensitive element. The first component and the second component are mutually rotatable about a common axis of rotation. The magnetic sensitive element is carried out while, in response to a magnetic field of the magnet to determine a rotation angle value of the first component in relation to the second component. The magnet has a first section along the axis of rotation, and the portion is in a plane transverse to the axis of rotation and has a first outer diameter. The magnet has a second section adjoining the first section along the axis of rotation, and the second section is in a plane transverse to the axis of rotation and has a second outer diamter, and the second section is between the first section and the megnetic sensitive element along the axis of rotation. The first outer diameter is larger than the first outer diameter, especially the second outer diameter is between 30%-70% of the first outer diamter. The invention also rleates to an adjustment system with the measuring device provided by the invention and a method for producing the measuring device.
