The invention relates to a refrigeration method utilizing a low-temperature liquid refrigeration medium. The refrigeration method is characterized in that the low-temperature liquid refrigeration medium which is stored in a low-temperature thermal insulation liquid storage tank is pressurized and conveyed to refrigeration evaporation heat exchangers by a hydraulic pump; the low-temperature liquid refrigeration medium forms a high-pressure low-temperature gas through the refrigeration evaporation heat exchangers; and the high-pressure low-temperature gas output from the refrigeration evaporation heat exchangers enters a refrigeration pipeline of a refrigeration room for refrigeration.
