The present invention provides an impedance assembling device of a differential signal not having a reference plane and an impedance control method of the differential signal not having the reference plane, wherein the impedance assembling device comprises a GND line, and a TXP signal line and a TXN signal line which are used to transmit the differential signal. The number of the GND line is 1, and the GND line is arranged between the TXP signal line and the TXN signal line. According to the present invention, by moving a ground wire between the differential signal transmission lines, and by being compared with a device or a method of wrapping the ground wires at the two edges, a coupling coefficient can be reduced effectively, and the differential-mode impedance is improved to approach a target value.
