本发明提供了一种处理苯加氢聚合物的方法，将苯加氢聚合物从苯加氢系统预蒸发器、蒸发器底部排出并收集，运送到煤气净化洗苯脱苯单元，聚合物里的轻苯从脱苯塔顶蒸馏出来，回收。与现有技术相比，本发明提供了一种苯加氢聚合物的处理方法，不仅处理了苯加氢聚合物，以免堵塞设备和管道，影响苯加氢系统正常生产，而且可以回收聚合物中的轻苯，提高经济效益。

The invention provides a method for treating a benzene hydrogenated polymer. A benzene hydrogenated polymer is discharged from the bottoms of a benzene hydrogenation system pre-evaporator and an evaporator, is collected, and then is conveyed into a gas purification benzene-washing debenzolization unit, and light benzene in the polymer is distilled from the top of a debenzolization tower and then is recovered. Compared with the prior art, the method for treating a benzene hydrogenated polymer realizes treatment on the benzene hydrogenated polymer, prevents blocking of equipment and a pipe, influences normal production of a benzene hydrogenation system, realizes recovery of light benzene of the polymer and improves economic benefits.
