The invention discloses a preparation method of hard-deformation non-burning titanium alloy boards. Methods of carrying out canned-forging operation and pulling long an auxiliary high-temperature protection coating layer reversely are adopted. For the first fire time, a carbon steel sheath and a protection coating layer are adopted for forging and cogging. The protection coating layer is coated for two to four times and subjected to upsetting and rolling operation. The formed heating number is made by forging in the modes of reversely pulling long and adding the protection coating layer. The preparation method of hard-deformation non-burning titanium alloy boards has following beneficial effects: by utilizing the method of carrying out canned-forging operation and pulling long the auxiliary high-temperature protection coating layer, the problem that WSTi3515S non-burning titanium alloy is easily cracked by utilization of a conventional forging method is solved such that qualified WSTi3515S alloy sheets with uniform and stable micro-and-macro structures and mechanical properties are successfully obtained; rate of finished products is increased by 20% to 30%; and the preparation method is suitable for industrial production.
