The invention discloses a remote aid method based on user information. The method comprises the following steps that the user terminal sends remote aid information to the network hospital platform; the network hospital platform authenticates the user information, and after pass of authentication, a remote aid interaction interface is provided so that the user terminal can input present state of the wounded via the remote aid interaction interface; and the network hospital platform determines a corresponding aid measure according to the received present state of the wounded and transmits the aid measure to the user terminal for display. The invention also discloses the network hospital platform and the user terminal. Thus, when the wounded has accidents, remote aid information is directly transmitted to the network hospital platform via the user terminal, the network hospital terminal matches the corresponding aid measure based on authentication result of the user information to provide guidance for aid for the wounded, thus, timely and emergency aid can be provided for the wounded, and severe result caused by time delay is avoided.
