The invention discloses a low-wind-resistance HEPA for a dust collector. The low-wind-resistance HEPA comprises two glass fiber layers and a modification fiber layer located between the two glass fiber layers. The modification fiber layer comprises, by weight, 10-100 parts of propylene-styrene-butadiene copolymer cellosilk and 10-50 parts of carbon cellosilk. Due to the fact that the structure of a common HEPA is improved, the two glass fiber layers serve as base layers, the new modification layer is arranged between the two glass fiber layers and the propylene-styrene-butadiene copolymer cellosilk and the carbon cellosilk are introduced, the filtering performance of the HEPA is improved, and the wind resistance of the HEPA is reduced; due to modification of styrene in the propylene-styrene-butadiene copolymer cellosilk, the stability of flowing of airflow in a dust collector air channel is effectively improved, the dust filtration rate of the dust collector is obviously increased, and important components in the dust collector can be protected against dust corrosion.
