The invention discloses a method for determining proper pelletization parameters of a sintering mixer based on numerical simulation. The method is characterized in that the moving state of materials in the mixer under different pelletization parameter combination conditions is subjected to numerical simulation through PFC (Particle Flow Code) numerical simulation software; the moving state of the materials is observed according to the simulation result; and the corresponding pelletization parameters of the materials in a rolling region near a dropping region are used as standards and are used as judging standards of the proper pelletization parameters of the mixer to determine the proper pelletization parameters of the mixer in the actual production. The moving state of the materials in the mixer is simulated through the numerical simulation software; a pelletization test is not needed; and the labor, the materials and the money are reduced. The proper pelletization parameters of the mixer are determined through observing the moving state of the simulated materials in the mixer. Compared with a determining method through observation in a pelletization test process, the method is simpler, more convenient and more visual. In addition, the repeated observation can be realized, and the defects that the observation in the test process is unclear, but the repeated observation cannot be realized are avoided.
