The overturning limiting device of the driver cab comprises the driver cab, wherein the driver cab is provided with a front overhung upper part unit hinged to a front overhung lower part unit through an overturning shaft; the front overhung lower part unit is provided with a shaft barrel part through which the overturning shaft penetrates; the front overhung upper part unit is provided with a connecting part buckled with the two ends of the shaft barrel part of the front overhung lower part unit through a first lateral plate and a second lateral plate and is hinged to the front overhung lower part unit through the overturning shaft sequentially penetrating through the first lateral plate of the connecting part, the shaft barrel part and the second lateral plate of the connecting part; the shaft barrel part is provided with a limiting protrusion; the connecting part is provided with a limiting bolt extending into the first lateral plate and the second lateral plate. Compared with the prior part, the overturning limiting device of the driver cab can prevent the accident that as the overturning angle of the driver cab exceeds the maximum preset overturning limiting angle, the driver cab falls down forwards.
