The invention belongs to the inspection management field and relates to an autonomous inspection system based on user behavior control. The system mainly comprises a data acquisition module, a management analysis module and a behavior display module and the like. In the system, through formulating a user behavior acquisition method and combining an automation technology, an acquisition tool is used to acquire an inspection personnel behavior record. Comprehensive integration analysis is performed on collected inspection behaviors. Disadvantages existing in inspection work are discovered, an inspection personnel behavior evaluation standard is made and a matching management mechanism is established. Finally, according to the inspection behavior evaluation standard, an analyzer is used to assess and analyze inspection quality of the inspection personnel. By using the system of the invention, functions of operation environment information perception, intelligent monitoring and equipment inspection service are possessed and inspection behavior diagnosis and analysis of the inspection personnel can be performed according to the made inspection behavior standard so that the control to the inspection behaviors is achieved.
