The invention relates to an intelligent distributed self-healing control method based on a fault at a 0.4kV side in a distribution substation. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: fault type judgment is carried out when power failure of a bus is detected, and when the fault is a low-voltage bus fault, the self-healing function is locked, and the fault is handled manually; when the fault is a low-voltage outgoing line protection refusal fault, an outgoing line switch is switched off, and a main switch is reclosed; when the fault is a low-voltage line fault, the main switch is reclosed; and when the fault is another fault, a bus coupler carries out self-healing. Automatic fault location, fault isolation, recovery of power supply to non-fault regions, and other functions at the 0.4kV side in a distribution substation are achieved, blind areas in 0.4 kV equipment monitoring are eliminated, the reliability of power supply is further improved, the level of integrated operation of distribution automation is improved in an overall manner, the equipment utilization rate is improved, power loss is reduced, and the electricity selling loss is lowered for power supply enterprises.
