The invention discloses a multi-time-state full-service unified modeling method based on a model center, comprising the following steps: S1, the time tags and the service tags of models and graphs are extended, a regulation full-service model is established based on the time series, and the models and the graphs are maintained in a unified way through a maintenance tool; S2, a model center creates a device tree for the full-service model according to the full-service model, and maintains the parameters of power grid equipment in a unified and coordinated manner through the device tree; and S3, the model center extracts model and graph information to form a release task according to the demand of applications for time and application dimension, and synchronizes the release task to request terminals of the applications after verification. By adopting the method, unified maintenance and sharing of the regulation full-service model is realized, the efficiency of integrated operation of the applications is improved, and the problem of information inconsistency between the applications is avoided.
