An insulation operating lever rotates to drive the piercing lead screw to rotate, and the insulation piercing connector can quickly pierce a copper-aluminum busbar insulating layer, so that an insulated conductor can be replaced at any time, a grounding wire can be suspended without power-off of the line, power-off is reduced, and economic benefits are improved.
