The present invention discloses an imidazolyl bionic ionic liquid preparation method, which comprises that: (1) a natural alcohol perfume and p-toluene sulfonyl chloride are adopted as raw materials, dichloromethane is adopted as a solvent, triethylamine is adopted as an acid binding agent, and a reaction is performed at a temperature of less than or equal to 10 DEG C under the catalysis effect of dimethyl amino pyridine to prepare a p-toluene sulfonic acid ester compound; (2) an imidazole compound and the p-toluene sulfonic acid ester compound are subjected to a nucleophilic substitution reaction at a room temperature to prepare an imidazole p-toluene sulfonate intermediate; and (3) the p-toluene sulfonate ions in the imidazole p-toluene sulfonate intermediate are substituted into the hydroxy radical ions by using an anion exchange resin, and the obtained material and an acid are subjected to a neutralization reaction to change the anion of the ionic liquid so as to prepare the target product imidazolyl bionic ionic liquid. According to the present invention, the preparation method has characteristics of low raw material price and high product purity, the high biocompatibility of the bionic ionic liquid is utilized, the method can be used for preparation of biosensors, and the application range of the class of the ionic liquids in the biological field is expanded.
