A vehicle equipped with: a battery that stores electricity; an internal combustion engine that is started using electricity supplied from the battery; electric accessory devices that operate using electricity supplied from the battery; and a stopping/starting control unit that executes starting/stopping control, whereby a stopping control is executed to stop the internal combustion engine in accordance with the operating state of the vehicle, and a restarting control is executed to restart the internal combustion engine that has been stopped by the stopping control. The stopping/starting control unit includes: an accessory device voltage acquisition unit that acquires an accessory device voltage value indicating the voltage of the electric accessory devices, which is measured when the internal combustion engine starts; and an execution determination unit that determines, on the basis of the measured value for the accessory device voltage, whether the stopping control can be executed.
