The working fluid is composed of 10 parts of dodecenyl succinic acid, 10-14 parts of oleic acid, 5 parts of triethylamine alcohol, 2-3 parts of disodium hydrogen phosphate, 5 parts of polyethenoxy ether, 7-10 parts of sodium molybdate, 3-4 parts of rosin, 1 part of sodium phosphate, 5 parts of sodium petroleum sulfonate, 5-6 parts of sodium hydroxide, 4-5 parts of rosin, 3-4 parts of defoaming agent and the balance of machine oil. The novel working fluid for wire cutting processing has reasonable component proportioning, can effectively enhance the detergency, is beneficial to eliminating electrolysis products, enhances the wire cutting speed and the stability of the saponifying solution, and has longer service life.
