The invention discloses an intelligent substation message simulation test and association analysis system, and a simulation method. The intelligent substation message simulation test and association analysis system comprises a hardware-in-the-loop simulation system, an information record simulation and analysis system, a SCD (substation configuration description) file parsing module parsing a SCD file, a configuration reading module extracting basic configuration information needed by a related test use case, a template and use case management module for collecting and managing test use cases and standard response templates for the test use cases, and an intelligent device interface simulation module for sending a related message meeting IEC 61850 specifications in a simulation mode. An intelligent test result analysis method based on message response templates is adopted to introduce artificial intelligence to quick result analysis, the message simulation ability of the system is used, a test case is flexibly designed, intelligent organization is carried out, test conditions are realized, and test and analysis efficiency and accuracy are greatly improved.
