The invention relates to the field of neutral point equipment of main transformers of transformer stations and power plants, and discloses simplified-type neutral point integrated equipment. The equipment comprises a support, a lightning arrester, a disconnecting switch, a discharge gap, and a ground line. The lightning arrester is disposed on the support, and the bottom end of the lightning arrester is communicated with the ground line. One end of the discharge gap is communicated with the top of the lightning arrester, and the other end of the discharge gap is communicated with the ground line. One end of the disconnecting switch is disposed at the top of the lightning arrester, and the other end of the disconnecting switch is communicated with the ground line. According to the invention, one end of the disconnecting switch is disposed at the top of the lightning arrester, and the lightning arrester is used for supporting, thereby enabling the lightning arrester to be combined with the disconnecting switch, simplifying the structure of the equipment, shortening the construction cycle, and saving the cost of equipment because of the reduction of the number of parts. In addition, the size of the equipment is reduced, and the area of a place occupied by the equipment is reduced.
