The invention discloses a wearable device for human body fall rescue. According to an embodiment of the invention, a data acquisition module acquires human body state information and sends the human body state information to a control module; a fall trigger module generates a fall prompt signal and sends the fall prompt signal to the control module; the control module sends rescue information to a communication module according to the human body state information, sends fall prompt information to a broadcast module and the communication module according to the human body state information and the fall prompt information, and receives and broadcasts the fall prompt information; and the communication module sends the rescue information and the fall prompt information to a remote monitoring platform. The wearable device of the invention is of great significance for the remote monitoring platform to send a rescue guide, and can reduce misgiving of people around in rescuing a wearer, enable a wearer to be rescued timely, gain valuable rescue time, and reduce the hospitalization rate and mortality of a human body after fall.
