The invention discloses a breeding method for high-quality strong gluten spring wheat, and belongs to the field of crop breeding. Breeding is carried out through high-yielding parents and high-quality strong gluten parents, wherein the high-yielding parents are selected from high-yield varieties which are planted in Sinkiang in a large scale and are proved by many years` practice, and the high-quality strong gluten parents are selected from germplasms which have further genetic distances with local parents, are complementary with local parent characters, and have no obvious disadvantages, and adopt a high molecular weight glutenin subunit electropherogram analysis method to carry out a glutenin subunit genetic analysis on parent materials; by adopting the breeding method, a new strong gluten, high-yielding and early-maturing spring wheat variety can be cultivated.
