An input end of a second power supply chip is connected with the power supply, and the output end of the second power supply chip is connected with the second input end of the comparator by a second divider resistor and a delay circuit, and in addition the second voltage is greater than the first voltage. An input end of a controller is connected with the output end of the first power supply chip to receive the power supply voltage and delay the power supply voltage, and the output end of the controller is connected with the enabling end of the second power supply chip, and then the delayed power supply voltage can be transmitted to the second power supply chip. An enabling end of a buffer is connected with the output end of the comparator. The timing sequence requirement of the liquid crystal screen can be satisfied.
