The invention relates to a portable full-automatic biochemical analysis device which comprises a shell, a power supply, a control module and a core module, wherein the core module comprises a chip provided with at least one detection trough, a chip holding part capable of entering or exiting the shell, a locking device arranged on the chip holding part and used for fixing and locking a chip, a rotary driving part used for enabling the chip to rotate, a light source part of irradiating light in the chip detection trough, and a detection part used for receiving light penetrating through the detection trough, wherein the rotary driving part, the light source part and the detection part are respectively in communication with the control module. The portable full-automatic biochemical analysis device disclosed by the invention can be used for detecting a micro-fluidic chip, is small in volume, is portable, and is suitable for in-site instant detection; and meanwhile, the chip can realize automation from separation to detection, and is high in detection efficiency.
