The invention discloses a strain of bacillus mucilaginosus and a biological organic slowly-controlled releasing fertilizer specially used for potatoes. The acillus mucilaginosus AMCC100035 is called AMCC100035 strain for short and is assigned the accession number CGMCC No.6766. The invention also protects the biological organic slow-controlled releasing fertilizer specially used for potatoes, which is characterized by comprising, by mass: 42-50% of a biological organic fertilizer, 11-14% of urea coated by resin, 6-9% of urea, 11-13% of diammonium phosphate and 20-22% of potassium sulfate. Compared with a fertilizer in the prior art, the fertilizer contains the various nutrients which can satisfy requirement on nutrients in different growth stages of potatoes, so that the fertilizer can effectively increase the yield of potatoes and prevent and treat diseases of potatoes and can improve soil quality.
