The invention relates to a buffer storage quantitative material feeding system suitable for viscous material, and belongs to the technical field of material supplying equipment. According to the material feeding system, a buffer storage bin is arranged so as to overcome dead angle scrapings, the overhead view is kidney-shaped, and the two ends are designed into a downward and inverted half frustum shape. Meanwhile, air cannons and an electromagnetic regulating valve are installed on the wall of the buffer storage bin. When coal slurry is adhered on the wall or expanded in the bin, the electromagnetic regulating valve is controlled to start the air cannons. Air shock is generated by the air cannons through jetting so that coal slurry adhered on the bin wall is shocked down to settle in a material inlet adjusting screw which conveys coal slurry to the next stage of equipment. The connecting part of the material inlet regulating screw and the next stage of equipment is provided with an expansion joint. A support is connected with the buffer storage bin and damping springs are additionally arranged so that shock generated by the air cannons can be eliminated, normal operation of the next stage of equipment can be guaranteed, material feeding uniformity of a drying system can also be guaranteed, impact of material to the subsequent stage of equipment in material discharging of the material bin can be effectively weakened, and material feeding stability of the subsequent stage of equipment can be enhanced.
