The invention provides a forced broadsiding control method for a rough rolling process in completely continuous hot rolling, belongs to the technical field of automatic control of hot rolled strip rolling, and aims to solve the problem of over-narrow free broadsiding range for blanks of the same specifications after flat roll rolling. In the horizontal mill rolling process of perforated rolls, a steel plate is partitioned into five areas along the width direction, and the forced broadsiding amount and dog bone deformation reset amount of each area are calculated respectively to obtain a final steel target width. Compared with a free broadsiding control method for the conventional flat roll rolling, the method has the advantages that the broadsiding amount can be increased from originally 30-40 millimeters to 100-120 millimeters, and the width accuracy can be controlled between 0 millimeter and 3 millimeters. The method can be widely popularized to plate strip rolling plants in order to enlarge the product coverage range of plate strip products.
