The present invention addresses the problem of eliminating a problem related to forming a transparent window in a biaxially-stretched blow molded container using a nozzle structure of an injection molding apparatus. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a biaxially-stretched blow molded container wherein a vertical strip-like transparent window is formed by preventing a colored resin from being mixed in with or wrapped around the window. In a range from an upstream end to a prescribed position on a downstream end of a flow path comprising a cylindrical flow path and a reduced diameter flow path formed in a nozzle part: a pair of vertical strip-like guide ribs that divide the flow path in the circumferential direction is disposed in parallel; a vertical groove flow path is formed between the pair of guide ribs, and a molten resin (B) is supplied to the vertical groove flow path; a molten resin (A) is supplied to the cylindrical flow path, which excludes the vertical groove flow path; and the cylindrical flow path formed by the resin (A) is divided in the circumferential direction by a vertical strip-like flow path formed by the resin B.
