The invention discloses a railway vehicle frame and an end plate thereof. A middle beam is arranged in a railway vehicle, a left end beam main body, a right end beam main body and an impact seat are arranged on at least one end portion of the middle beam. The frame comprises a first plate body (101) and a second plate body (102) which are arranged laterally and fixed on the outer sides of a left end beam main body and a right end beam main body. The lower ends of the first plate body (101) and the second plate body (102) are connected through a middle portion (103) arranged horizontally. A recessed port (10a) of an impact seat (40) is defined by the first plate body (101), the second plate body (102) and the middle portion (103). Compared with the prior art that only the middle beam bears bearing load of end beam bodies on the two sides, the middle portions of the first plate body and the second plate body can share a part of horizontal bearing load generated by containers, horizontal press exerted on the middle beam is greatly reduced to some extent, horizontal press born by the impact seat is reduced, stress condition of the impact seat is greatly released, and the service life of the impact seat is prolonged.
