The portable SF6 gas characteristic index monitoring device is characterized by comprising a case, a detecting unit, an industrial control screen, a UPS (uninterrupted power supply) power supply system, a master control system circuit board, a printing unit and a communication unit, wherein the UPS power supply system is connected with the master control system circuit board which is connected with the industrial control screen, the detecting unit, the printing unit and the communication unit respectively, and the UPS power supply system comprises a charging module and a lithium battery pack; a small water density monitor is arranged in the case. With adoption of an overall integration technology, convenient movement and mounting of the device can be guaranteed, and the cable arrangement trouble and the cable restraining are avoided.
