The invention discloses a transformer substation data quality evaluation system and method. An SCADA system is used for obtaining remote measurement monitoring data of a transformer substation and storing the data to a storing unit. Based on the electric physical rule and artificial data distinguishing rule, a rule base for analyzing various monitoring data of the transformer substation is established. The electric physical rule in the rule base is used for carrying out integrity and accuracy checking of each piece of data, according to the integrated rate and the accuracy of the data, the quality of each piece of data is subjected to quantification, if the data quality meets requirements, the data are stored to a system database and are output, otherwise, the data are improved, and the improved data are stored to the system database and are output. The system and method are suitable for transformer substation operating data quality evaluation improving, and the requirements for power grid dispatching can be fully met.
