The present invention relates to the field of husbandry veterinary, and particularly provides a composite anti-oxidation preparation for reducing livestock somatic cell count, a preparation method and applications thereof, wherein the effective components of the preparation comprise melatonin with a concentration of 2-30 g/L and vitamin C with a concentration of 1-14.3 g/L. According to the present invention, results of animal experiments prove that: the composite anti-oxidation preparation has effects of effective cow somatic cell count reducing and milk quality increasing, and has the nature and harmless components so as not to cause the problems of the veterinary drug residue, the off-drug period and the milk discard period, such that the production cost is saved, and the work burden on the cattle farm staff is reduced.
