The present invention relates to a signal transmission system, a connector apparatus, an electronic device, and a signal transmission method. The present invention provides a connection interface which allows high-speed and large volume signals in connection of connectos, including a first connector apparatus, and a second connector apparatus that is coupled with the first connector apparatus. The first connector apparatus and the second connector apparatus are coupled together to form an electromagnetic field coupling unit, and a transmission object signal is converted into a radio signal, which is then transmitted through the electromagnetic field coupling unit. For example, the first connector apparatus is a socket (22), the second connector apparatus being a plug (42), the the radio signal converted being transmitted through an electromagnetic field coupling unit (12); the first connector apparatus is a socket (84), the second connector apparatus being a plug (44), the radio signal converted being transmitted through an electromagnetic field coupling unit (14).
