Wind power applied to a solar bracket and the solar panel and the self weight of the solar bracket and the self weight of the solar panel are borne by the stand columns replacing the driving mechanism, the stand columns can be pressed stably, and the stand columns are strong in durability and can bear a high-powered solar panel; a horizontal driving shaft and a vertical driving shaft of the rotary driving device are composited together, so that the structure is compact, the rotating angle is large, and no dead angle exists. Therefore, tracking light rays are adequately sufficient. Moreover, as the driving device is arranged in the housing, external erosion is avoided, the service life is long, and the intensity is large.
