The invention discloses a pilot-controlled suction inlet structure used for a supercharged water injection tubular column of an underground inversely-arranged electric submersible pump. The pilot-controlled suction inlet structure comprises an upper joint, an outer cylinder and a lower joint which are sequentially connected from top to bottom in a sealed mode, wherein a drive shaft is supported in the upper joint and the lower joint and is sleeved with a protective pipe, the upper end of the protective pipe is in sealed connection with the upper joint, and the lower end of the protective pipe is fixedly connected with the lower joint. A moving piston is arranged in an annulus formed by the outer cylinder and the protective pipe. A liquid filling channel is formed in the upper joint. A spring positioning seat is arranged on the protective pipe, and a compressed spring is clamped and pressed between the spring positioning seat and the moving piston. A liquid suction port is formed in the outer cylinder and is located under the moving piston, and the liquid suction port and the moving piston are located between the upper joint and the lower joint. The pilot-controlled suction inlet structure can meet the requirement of a water filling process of the underground inversely-arranged electric submersible pump and is convenient to operate, safe and reliable.
