The invention provides a thermal conductive composite material of graphene micro-sheet/powdered acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber/epoxy resin and a preparation method of the thermal conductive composite material. The thermal conductive composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 75-94 parts of epoxy resin, 1-20 parts of graphene micro-sheets, 5 parts of powdered acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, 60-75 parts of methylhexahydrophthalic anhydride and 0.05-1 part of gamma-(2,3-epoxyropoxy) propyl-trimethoxysilane. With high thermal conductivity graphene micro-sheets as a heat-conducting modifier, and the powdered acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber as a toughening modifier, the impact strength of the epoxy resin can be maintained as far as possible when the heat-conducting property of the epoxy resin is improved.
