The invention discloses a car safety and burst prevention system capable of automatically detecting tire pressure and inflating during running, and aims at the characteristic of supplementing the pressure to a low-pressure tire timely during the running so as to effectively avoid tire burst caused by the low tire pressure of a car running at high speed.
