The invention discloses a numerical control high-voltage multiplying circuit used for an EMCCD. The numerical control high-voltage multiplying circuit comprises a direct-current level conversion circuit, a digital-to-analog conversion circuit and a push-pull driving circuit. An input signal of the circuit comprises a ten-bit numerical control signal and a clock signal, an output signal is a high-voltage clock driving signal used for driving the multiplying circuit of the EMCCD, and two external paths of +56-V and +5-V direct current are provided for supplying power. The high level of the output signal of the circuit has stability better than 50 mV, and the requirement for the high-voltage clock driving signal of EMCCD high-quality imaging is met. The numerical control signal is used for controlling high and low levels for outputting square wave signals, the multiplying multiple of the EMCCD can be remotely set, and the EMCCD is applied to the field of aerospace.
